CORPORATE AND SOLAR PPA
26 - 28 FEBRUARY 2019, SINGAPORE
About The Course
In a three day intensive program this training course will provide a comprehensive understanding of the structure and challenges of key financial, technical and legal provisions in a solar PPA and their difference to a fuel based PPA. It will put the solar PPA in the wider market context of the power market and reveal the link to project finance requirements, risk mitigation and credit enhancements. Finally it will introduce the concept of Corporate PPAs for Solar PV power plants.
Throughout the course, we will draw on a database of dozens of solar PPAs from around the world. We will further discuss case studies from Emerging Markets and compare them with international experience in the solar sector. The seminar experience will require interactive involvement of the delegates to discuss cases, conduct excel exercises and thorough reading of legal PPA documents.
